Step 1 Remote Support Scheduling
In order to provide the best remote support experience possible we require you to pre-schedule and pre-pay a session in advance.

Step 2 Download Remote Software
In oreder to safely acces your machine to provide you with support we require that you download a piece of software that allows us to do so. Once downloaded please run the program and answer Yes to any prompts. If asked, choose "Portable" mode. After the program is open, please make a note of the ID and Password locataed under Your Data. We will need it to start the remote session.

Step 3 Remote Session
When your scheduled appointment times comes we will call you at the phone number provided. We will need you to provide us the ID and Password from the remote support software and a brief description of your issues.
Terms And Conditions Of Service
By using this service you agree to the following terms.
No Fix No Charge: If we are unable to fix your primary problem we will refund your initial payment in full with the following exceptions.
#1 Hardware problem. If your machine requires a hardware repair we will troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. If a hardware repair is required there will be a non-refundable $30 fee to do so. This fee will be credited towards the hardware repair bill if it is performed in one of our stores.
Additional Fees: If your session runs into additional charges we will inform you of these BEFORE proceeding. You agree that the person on the phone has the ability to accept or deny these charges. If you do not wish to pay these additional charges we will refund your initial payment (less any diagnostic fees if applicable) and end the session.
